Accessibility

We want mute.rip to be usable by everyone. This page summarises how we support accessibility and what you can do to tailor your experience.

Our approach

  • Semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate.
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of key pages so keyboard users can jump to main content.
  • Focus styles on interactive elements (buttons, links, form controls) so keyboard and focus visibility are clear.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and support for system light/dark preference.
  • Touch-friendly targets (e.g. minimum 44px) where possible.
  • We avoid auto-playing motion; we respect prefers-reduced-motion where applicable (e.g. marquees).

Keyboard and assistive tech

You can use the keyboard to move through links and buttons. On the dashboard link editor, Ctrl+S saves your page. If you use a screen reader and notice something missing or confusing, we want to hear about it.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (e.g. Spotify, YouTube) are outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility standards. We keep the rest of the page lightweight and navigable so your link-in-bio remains usable.

Feedback

If you run into an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, please get in touch (e.g. via the contact details in our Privacy or Terms). We’ll do our best to address it.
